Owner / Executive Chef: Keith Morris is widely traveled and has lived, dined and learned to cook in a variety of states including Southeast Louisiana and specifically in New Orleans. Chef Morris's pizzazz is evident in his specially prepared meals and deserts. You will note something savory and delicious in each meal that you order. 

is Cajun for "Let The Good Times Roll" and this is Chef Morris's personal motto. Chef Morris has a diverse background including a degree in Culinary Arts as well as experience in Safety Management and paramedic firefighting. Chef Morris has owned and operated his own catering companies in several states.

Owner / Customer Service Manager: Chef Keith Fiance Dr. Sheri Sinopoli was raised in Southeast Louisiana and has lived in Florida as well as Georgia. Dr. Sheri has a flare for organizing, with great attention given to the details. Dr. Sheri has a PhD in Metaphysics and many degrees in The Holistic Healthcare Feild, including Hypnotherapy, Massage, She is a Reiki Master Plus much more. She hopes to one day re-open her practice in North Ga in the near future, Specializing in Stop Smoking Workshops as well as many other Holistic Healing Workshops. She has also worked as a homemaker, as well as having worked for over a decade in a family owned Seafood Restaurant chain in both Louisiana and Florida. During the last 10 years Dr. Sheri and Executive Chef Keith Morris have teamed up to serve some of the most exciting and delicious foods available in this region. Customer service is Sheri's fine point and she has proven that over and over again in the catering business. She will make sure that your dining experience is utterly pleasing. Our goal is that you will enter our restaurant greeted by a smiling friendly face and that you will leave pleased, satisfied and knowing that you got your money's worth.
