The Cottage! Drive down a winding road until you see your like new non-smoking, secluded 2 bedroom and 2 bath cottage sitting on top of the hill overlooking the Chattahoochee River just 30 below. Ten secluded Acres in the North East Georgia Mountains with spectacular Chattahoochee River views as well as gorgeous mountain views.
You will be surrounded by comfort, rustic and warmth with the old fashioned cottage with so many amentias like, white wash pine boarded vaulted open beam ceilings and walls and beautiful pine hardwood floors. Beautifully furnished and decorated including all the extras like plenty of towels and linins. Am/Fm Radio, cassette/CD Player, TV, VCR, DVD Player, Stereo, Video Library, Ceiling Fans, Cable/Satellite. Enjoy cozy time in front of the old stone fireplace, AC and Heat are also available for your comfort. French doors open up to front and back covered porches and deck where you can listen to shoals while you relax in the Hot Tub. Or sit in the rocking chair and watch the river, deer and wild turkey all from the back porch.
Two Master Suites, vaulted ceilings and private bath, one with a T.V. One Suite boast a King size bead the other one a Queen size bed each adorns luxurious feather pads and pillows and are dressed with linins and gorgeous comforters. Upstairs Suite host a private Jacuzzi and a balcony for your relaxation and enjoyment.
Your kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need: Full range and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cookware, untangles, dinner ware and a washer and dryer.

THE COTTAGE: Your quiet and relaxing cottage is on the Chattahoochee river a few miles down-river from Helen, Ga. Has everything you will need. On 10+ secluded acres ... Just steps from the Chattahoochee River, with shoals right out front. Very Clean Old farmhouse-style cottage with two master bedrooms each with queen-size feather-padded beds, vaulted wood ceilings, and old fashioned baths. Whole cottage has old fashioned white washed boarded ceilings and walls with pine floors.
Cottage is right on the river with no steep hills to get to it... also has wonderful swimming area and over 1500 feet on the river. Great fishing, with some 5 lb trout caught right in front of cottage. Nana's cottage has French doors that open up to front and back porches, relax in your hot tub on the back screened porch and watch and listen to the shoals on the Chattahoochee river or from your rocking chair watch the wild turkey and deer. FREE::: Firewood for house and fire pit, 2 rope swings for old fashion fun, 6 tubes and 2 runs, 2 kayaks, also a slide into river 4-5 lb trout just behind the cottage. FISHING: trout, bass, brim, and catfish etc..
Snuggle up to the beautiful real river stone fireplace! It's truly a great romantic getaway!!
Romantic get away with feather Padded beds and free fire wood so you can snuggle up to the old fashioned river rock fire place. Relax on the hammock down by the river, fish, swim, take a chance on the old fashioned rope swing, or tube or Kayak in your own backyard.( we provide 6 tubes) and there even is a private tube run! At end of tube run there are great shoals, wonderful beach, sliding and rope swing.
We supply tubes and kayaks in the summer June-Sept. for your use - FREE of charge!!

THE FARM HOUSE:
style cottage is tucked away on 13 total acres and is a wonderful place for a special occasion or romantic get away. This is OLD Georgia, the way it used to be. quiet, lots of wildlife and in the woods. Spoil yourself with ultra thick feather padded beds, and feather comforters. Snuggle up with the wonderful fire place in the master bedroom, or the fireplace in the living room.
This Farm house style cottage is tucked away on 13 total acres and is a wonderful place for a special occasion or romantic get away. VERY EASY ACCESS TO RIVER ..NO STEEP DROP OR LARGE AMOUNT OF STAIRS. Has over 1200 feet directly on river, wooded left natural, still OLD GEORGIA with dirt road and lots of woods and wildlife. 2 Kayaks supplied in warmer months, free firewood for fire pit by river
Tubes are supplied in the warmer months for free. We even have a tube run, and 2 rope swings.. great swimming area. And always free fishing. Great Shoal Bass and Trout, brim, catfish. There is a large flat rock to sit on in middle of river right in front of this cottage, perfect for lounging in the river. Summer months are filled with family fun! So much to do at the cottage you may never leave.
In the master bedroom you can open the French door and snuggle in the hammock for two on the huge porch over looking the river! It has a large hot tub tucked in a secluded spot on the screened in porch with a rock wall behind it.
The Garden Cottage is done in an old farmhouse style inside with boarded walls and high ceilings. French doors in every room open up to the huge porches with river views.
Wildlife comes daily and you can watch the deer and wild turkey in your back yard. (not to mention Marshmellow the bear, who makes an appearance now and then)
Good fishing, bass and trout! It is also an easy grade to the river, NO steep drops as with many homes in this area and our cottages are the cleanest in this area!! Screened in porch has a large hot tub, iron garden furniture with cushions and pillows, Also has huge bath with 2 pedestal sinks and shower/tub combo. Half bath, and full laundry is on 1st floor.
