Dr. Sheri's Philosophy
The philosophies within her services, classes and seminars are of immense value, in helping people take control of their lives and feel more relaxed and productive. In going along with these philosophies, she structures all sessions with the goal of giving each client the tools to take control over his or her life.

Dr. Sheri's Background & History
Dr. Sheri is from Slidell Louisiana and in the aftermath of loosing everything, her home and businesses in Hurricane Katrina she has found herself relocated to a wonderful community in the North East Georgia Mountains with her fiancé Keith. They are Owners / Executive Chefs of Mossy Creek Smokehouse Grill.

Dr. Sheri has a lifetime of education and experience. She had spent a good deal of time teaching classes and workshops in many topics in community education, corporate programs and privately. She has extensive training and experience in the non-traditional approaches to health and healing. Although she has obtained numerous degrees in the Holistic Healing field she is continually striving to further her education.

Her Holistic / Therapeutic Touch and Medical Hypnotherapy training helps those with serious health concerns gain control and confidence in healing the body, mind, soul and spirit. She has personally developed many techniques in Pain Management and Relaxation. She has also developed exercises and techniques to stimulate the immune system and help the body heal itself. She has worked with children and adults suffering from life threatening and terminal illnesses with great success. After her daughter begin having seizures and was diagnosed with Epilepsy at the age of 18, Dr. Sheri also began research on the benefits of Hypnotherapy and Seizure Disorders, she hopes to one day continue this research here.

Along with teaching Self-hypnosis, Stress Reduction & Personal Development: Dr. Sheri presents workshops and programs on Stop Smoking, Hypnotic Past Life Regression, Stress Management, Fibromyalgia, HypnoSurgery, and Hypnodelivery. She has written and developed many of these Personal Development Programs as well as Spiritual Enhancement and Holistic Health Care Courses.

Dr. Sheri also gives sales training and stress management seminars to companies and teaches sales professionals how to apply powerful goal achievement skills and self-hypnosis with professional selling. In addition Dr. Sheri has presented her Concert of Stage Hypnotism to Junior and high schools. In her demonstrations she uses all volunteers from the audience. Dr. Sheri is a Ordained Minister and Metaphysical Teacher. She holds a Masters Degree in Religion; a Doctorial Degree in Religious Sciences; Doctorial Degree in Metaphysics; Doctorial Degree in Divinity. She is a Metaphysician, Trained, Certified, Licensed and experienced in many Holistic Healing Modalities. Dr. Sheri is a Certified Master Hypnotist & Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, by the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association. She has over 27 years experience in the wonderful field of hypnosis. She also has certification and training in Advanced Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalyis and Psychotherapy, As well as Specialty Certification's in Medical Hypnoanalysis, Hypnodontics, Hypnoanesthesia, Pain Management, and New Age Hypnotherapy.

She also holds Diplomas in Complete Mind Therapy (This Unique treatment method can successfully treat many problem in just a single session!), Neuro Linguistic Programming, Stage Hypnosis and Advanced Stage Hypnosis. Although she takes the subject of hypnosis very serious. She also believes in having fun too!

Dr. Sheri is also a Reiki Master / Teacher of several lineages and traditions including: Usui Reiki Master / Teacher; Sacred Flames Reiki Master, Tibetan Reiki Master; Karuna Ki Reiki Master; She was a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist; She also has specialty certifications in Equine (horse) Canine and Feline Massage Therapy. And currently offers these services exclusively to Holly's Bed and Biscuit Inn, to help our animal friends live a healthier happier life, and to also help herself relax and unwind.

Dr. Sheri was a Certified and Licensed Full Specialist (Nail Technician & Esthetician - Skin Care Specialist). She has created her own holistic skin and body care line using all natural products usually found in your kitchen such as; eggs, fruits and vegetables. She has also written and developed an extensive manual with step by step skin care procedures. This manual pays special attention to male clients as well as problem and aging skin.

Dr. Sheri is also a trained and Certified: Crystal Healer; Aroma Therapist; Reflexologist and Charka Therapist. She is a published author writing several Hypnotherapy and Holistic Healing Manuals such as Usui Reiki Manuscript Levels One, Two & Master as well as a Holistic Skin Care Manuscript (as mentioned above) Plus many more!
