"Mossy Creek Smokehouse Grill Catering" is the best! You made our wedding day truly memorable. The food was wonderful, and there was plenty of it to go around - everyone commented on the variety and the rich flavors of the dishes! Our personal favorites were the Baked Macaroni and Cheese and the Chopped Pork - with your home-made bbq on the side?c so delicious! You were all pleasant and professional, willing to help with anything and they even cut and served the cake. They were present enough to get things people needed and bus trash while staying totally out of the way of the wedding reception. Sheri runs a tight ship, and her communication during the planning leading up to the wedding left us feeling at ease and assured that everything would be ready to go when we walked into the hall after our beautiful ceremony. We would use "Mossy Creek Smokehouse Grill Catering" again, and plan to recommend them to all of our family and friends!

Both my daughter and I are so glad we chose Mossy Creek Smokehouse Grill to provide the catering for her wedding. After interviewing and having taste-tests with several caterers, we scheduled a tasting and initial consultation with you and Chef Keith. Right from the start, we were impressed with your experience, creativity and ideas, the delicious food, and your flexibility to help us choose the best possible menu to fit our limited budget.
You provided excellent service throughout the months prior to the wedding. We were amazed at how accessible Chef Keith and Sheri always were - they were always available to answer phone calls and emails and accommodate changes as needed.
During wedding week, which was made more hectic by several last minute add-ons for guests, Sheri responded to each of my phone calls with workable solutions, and kept assuring me it would all work out just fine. She was right! The best 'feedback' of all came from the many guests who commented on the wonderful food and beautiful presentation.
The staff were a delight to work with, and I found them totally flexible and more than willing to do anything needed to serve our guests in a special way. Sheri was even available to answer questions in some areas where I had chosen to provide services myself rather than hiring an outside provider. I would highly recommend Mossy Creek Smokehouse Grill for any catering function! I was planning my wedding reception and found Mossy Creek Smokehouse Grill and was delighted with their quick response and helpful advice. We met with Chef Keith and Sheri who were very helpful and we tasted a few choices from the menu. Their variety of menu choices cover everything you would need and special requests are no problem. In fact they personalized our menu around all of our favorites as well as some of our new favorites from our tasting.
They covered everything from set up to napkins and everything in-between. I felt so comfortable with all the arrangements and they showed up actually early for the event which helps a nervous bride. Everyone was very nice and helpful and my guests enjoyed the food very much. The presentation was wonderful and prices were very reasonable. I'm so glad I found Mossy Creek Smokehouse Grill for my occasion.

Chef Keith & Sheri, Thank you again for all of the hard work you all did pulling together our wedding event on Saturday! The food presentation was beautiful and you went above and beyond what I expected. Everyone enjoyed the food and the staffing was perfect! I was a little nervous that things wouldn't quite come together in the end because we decided against using a wedding coordinator, but you all are excellent at your job and it all went off without a hitch, just as you assured us it would. The food was delicious (especially the Country Style Ribs and Baked Macaroni & Cheese!).
